Our Sweet Seaside Village
Centrally located in the beautiful Village of Chester, Nova Scotia were just steps away from yummy restaurants, gorgeous galleries and eclectic shops. Stroll lovely lanes filled with historic homes or walk along the water’s edge past the legendary Chester Yacht Club, by the lovely Lido Pool and sands of Freda’s Beach.

The Whale House is perfectly positioned along Nova Scotia’s Spectacular South Shore and just off the scenic Lighthouse Route. There’s so much to see and experience – from picturesque Peggy’s Cove to the Lobster Capital of Canada in Barrington – We really are on the way to everything wonderful!

After a very busy career writing and producing television shows I decided to shift gears into another passion of mine – lovely East Coast properties. I have hosted guests on PEI – at my rentals in Charlottetown as well at my son’s rental in Fortune Bay. I believe in restoring properties back to their glory, with excellent craftsmanship and beautiful touches!
I’ve waited so long to find the perfect place to provide my signature Coastal Comfort style here in Chester and now I have. I strive for 5 plus stars for all my guests – and can’t wait for you to see for yourself at The Whale House.
